Martin sold me a car today, the reason I purchased the car is; (1) I liked the car; (2) Because of Martin.
Martin showed me 2 cars and I told him which one I preferred, he was very helpful but not pushing me into buying. If he had of been I wouldn't have purchased the car and walked away. He seemed more interested in me being happy with what I purchased than making a sale.
Because of how Martin treated me I will be telling any friends to come here and see Martin.
I also loved the flowers too.

I wanted to express my complete satisfaction with my new Mitsubishi ASX and with all process during the sale. I had listed several offers to consider for purchase and was painfully weighting what to buy, specially I wanted to remain local to my place of residence or to my workplace. I would like to commend your salesman Dylan Barter for the wonderful presentation and the ongoing support he gave me through the process of buying my new car. My husband and l started looking at cars in September and had not decided on what I wanted. After visiting your car yard and looking at what there was to offer, our last car to look at was Mitsubishi where we met Dylan. After his presentation of the car we were looking at , he offered to send me any offers that might come up. I let him know I wouldn't put up with any pushy stuff and he promised that that would not be the case. We had Christmas as our purchase time but in between I received a few emails from Dylan telling us what deals we're available. We looked around at some other car yards and did some homework on line as well. Late November Dylan rang to see how my car hunting was going. I told him I was interested in either the Sportage or the Hyundi i35. He offered us to come in anytime for a test drive and he could show us the features. One Saturday on the way home we decided to call in and go for a test drive. Feeling we had a connection with Dylan we asked for him and the rest is history. He kept us informed ever step of the way till my car was delivered. Even after I took delivery he has rung or messaged me to make sure I am happy with the car and that I understand all its features. If and when I need another car, I definitely will be calling Dylan. He definitely made my experience pleasureable.
I just wanted to comment on my experience on purchasing my new Outlander. Your salesperson Dylan was very professional, determined and very easy to deal with. He also overcame the objections I put in his way. Being in sales myself I expect the very best when I go out and become a customer myself and I felt I got that. Your dealership was not first on my list, but when I got less than good service from the other dealership you appeared on my radar screen and I can see I made the right choice.

Friendly customer focused staff. We were attended to as soon as we walked into the showroom, offered coffee/tea by a pleasant receptionist. Salesperson was very thorough and very knowledgeable about car. He was able to answer our questions with added advice/ideas. Salesperson helpful in selection of vehicle and cheerful and friendly despite our long visit and at times negative comments. We are happy on price. Initially, we did not think we would secure an exceptional vehicle such as the VRX. Too many features to mention and we are proud to own one without compromising on price.

My daughter Emily had a very unfortunate experience with her first Swift, and as a result her little Suzi was written off. The car was not even 12 months old. Fortunately the car was insured - allowing for a replacement vehicle.

I would like to tell you about my experience buying my new car.
I rang around quite a few Mitsubishi Dealers & explained to the Sale Person that I was keen to buy a new Mirage asap & what is the best price they can give me over the phone. I was even willing to provide a deposit over the phone, if they could come back with a great deal.
One told me to come down & then we could talk.
Another did give me a price for a new Mirage, but it was $1,000 more than what Dylan quoted.
A few others did not have any good prices to give me, just the standard price.
And then I rang Preston Motors & spoken to Dylan Barter. He listened to what I wanted & took me on phone value. Went to speak to his manager and came back with a great price for the top range Mirage. I was not looking for the top range Mirage, but since it was the same price as the standard, I was more than happy to purchase it.
What I liked about Dylan's manner is that he went that extra step to service a customer, even though I rang him & did not come in personally into the Dealership. He listened that I was serious to buy a car. In the end, I got a great car for a great price & Dylan got the sale. All was organised in only a few days & mostly all initial dealings were over the phone. We live in very busy times & a phone customer is as good as a customer that walks through the doors.
